RURAL FIRE DISTRICT A special meeting was called to order by Chairman Dave Kraft at 7:40 PM at the Fire Station, 4541 South 3rd Avenue on March 5, 2000. All trustees were present. Department planning engineer Terry Threlkeld was present. No members of the public attended. Resolution 2007-2 was presented by Secretary Bachman for consideration. The resolution requests the County Commissioners to amend is budget to provide its allocated fire impact fees for the purpose of paying impact fee professionals. Resolution 2007-2 was moved by Geddes and seconded by Dayhuff, and adopted by the affirmative vote of all Trustees. Resolution 2007-3 was presented by Secretary Bachman of consideration. The resolution calls for and election authorizing the Board of Trustees to make a levy of 48.82 mills in addition to the mill levy limit imposed by law for the purpose of capital improvements funding. Resolution 2007-3 was moved by Geddes and seconded by Dayhuff, and adopted by the affirmative vote of all Trustees. Terry Threlkeld presented additional fire station plans and tabulation for the record. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 PM
