The Treasurer's report was presented and approved by the Trustees upon motion (including payment of warrants > $300) by Geddes and second by Dayhuff.

The Chief's report was presented and is included in the record. As part of the action plan agenda item it was noted that major components for the engines have been ordered. The legal advertising for the cab and chassis will be submitted to the newspaper by the Chief. There will be a special Trustee meeting to open and award the bid.
