SOURDOUGH RURAL FIRE DISTRICT MINUTES
April 1, 2002

A special meeting of the Sourdough Rural Fire District was called to order by Chairman Dave Kraft at 7:35 PM on April 1, 2002. This meeting had been called by the Chairman on March 29, 2002 and the notice distributed to the Trustees and posted on the door of the South Building of the Fire Station. All trustees were present, as was Jesse Armitage, Rae FD (Cottonwood Station committee) and Chief Crandell.

A warrant > than $300 was presented for payment at the request of Scott Mueller, and was passed upon motion passage by Pete and second by Don.

Chairman Kraft had presented a list of questions prior to the meeting regarding the Fire Station, Trucks and Septic projects. (Questions are part of the record.) The purpose of the questions were to help "…provide clear understanding of where we are and how we got here and where we should be going on these major projects."

All questions were addressed and discussed.

Supporting documents entered in the record included the "Draft Improvement Project - from the Sourdough 2001 Mill Levy Election presentation" with attached "Apparatus and Facilities Plan (revised 04/02/2002)" and a letter from John C. Brown, attorney, pertaining to the land purchase between Rae and Sourdough for purposes of construction of a new fire house.

Upon completion of the discussion, no board action was taken and the meeting adjourned at 11:22 PM.
